Our approach

In it for the long term

Over our 20 years in business, we've always prioritised building strong and lasting relationships with our clients, partners and suppliers. Our ethos is simple: work hard, treat everyone with respect, and create work to be proud of.

If we can’t stand by it, we don’t do it

We only commit to projects that we know we’re going to be great at and we hold ourselves to very high standards.

Honesty is the best policy

We give realistic quotes and realistic deadlines. We don’t sneak unexpected ‘extras’ onto invoices and we keep clients fully informed on all aspects of their projects along the way.

Work hard and be nice

We are really proud of our brilliant team. We expect them to work hard, do their best and strive to develop their talents. We don’t expect them to put work before everything else. We respect their right to a healthy work/life balance and we were early to adopt flexible working for everyone. Looking after people engenders loyalty, enabling us to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and to deliver consistently excellent service for our clients.

Agile and flexible

We’re continually learning, growing and adjusting the way we work in response to the world around us.

We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt our service to support our clients as their needs change.

1

Discover

We start by asking questions. A lot of questions.

In fact, we'd be concerned if an agency you were looking to work with didn't ask a lot of questions...

This helps us get a feel for you and the project, your aspirations, expectations and timescales. Many agencies scrimp on this bit and the lack of common understanding and direction catches you out later.

We can't rise to a challenge if we don't know what the challenge is.

2

Define

Once we have a clear idea of what is required, we draw on our skills and experience to clearly define the scope of the project, and our proposed solution.

Often we hover in this phase for a while, looping back to 'discover' until we hone the specification, write it all up, and everyone is clear about the plan.

3

Design

Be it a web application, presentation template, ecommerce store, or the content strategy for an entire event, this is the 'heads down' bit. That's absolutely not to say we disappear for weeks - this process continues to be collaborative, with us seeking feedback and welcoming your input at each stage.

In an ideal world, if we've clearly defined the project, this phase is a breeze.

4

Deliver

The curtains open, the social media announcements are fired out, the ribbon is cut - but this is only the beginning.

Long gone are the days when you launch digital and walk away. We feel as precious about your product as you do, and we'll continue to work with you to support, measure, market and improve it. Many of our customers have been with us for years (sometimes decades!) and we've become an invaluable member of their team.
