Designer Developer

The Role

We are looking for a Front-end Designer/Developer to join our small team. You will be involved in every step of the process - from taking a brief, creating wireframes and working up visuals, through to interface design, front-end coding and testing.

The ideal candidate will be able to talk us through a portfolio of recent work and will demonstrate a passion for keeping abreast of emerging technologies.

Essential skills

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • Javascript/JQuery
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Responsive/mobile layouts
  • Ability to integrate with server-side code (we use PHP)

Desirable skills

  • Front end frameworks (Bootstrap/Foundation/Pure)
  • CSS Preprocessors (LESS/SASS)
  • Version control (GIT)
  • HTML email design, build and testing
  • eCommerce platforms (Magento/Shopify)
