brightfive have worked with the Employment Services partnership for over five years now and some time ago put down substantial foundations for them – developing an application that would allow them to manage their projected growth and grand ambitions.

Working with ESP we have recently built a superb new area of the site which allows customers to sign up to a live document service. This powerful web based system lets our client manage a series of ‘core’ HR documents (Employee Handbooks, Contracts, etc.) and keep them up to date with current legislation. The unique aspect is that customers subscribed to the service invariably have customised, tailored content running through their documents too, and our system manages the merging of this with the core legal content. Whenever an end user requests their documents from the Client Zone, they are personalised and ALWAYS bang up to date.
